Cook the conchiglioni for 8/9 minutes according to pack instructions.
Soak 2 slices of cereal bread in 1/3 cup milk, mash well and mix with the terrine/ ewe’s cheese & thyme.
Stuff the conchiglioni with the previous mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180° and then grill.
To prepare the sauce:
pour milk and 60 g of ewe’s cheese in a saucepan. Once the cheese is melted, add 25 cl of crème fraîche and let this sauce thicken. Serve with the ewe’s cheese sauce
