Cut the puff pastry into circles according to the size of small silicone molds.
Line each mold with the puff pastry. Then put on the terrine with Chorizo & grilled onions.
Cut a smaller circle of puff pastry and put it on the top of the pie.
Seal the edges with water. Glaze with an egg yolk.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190° rotating heat.
