Peel the tomatoes, seed and cut them into cubes.
Mix the Zucchinis with Roquefort cheese and cottage cheese.
Cut finely in slices the Serrano ham. Cut the farmhouse bread into sticks and cubes, and toast them.
In verrines glasses, place the tomatoes tartare at the bottom, cover with Zucchinis, Roquefort cheese and cottage cheese mixture, arrange Serrano ham chiffonnade on the top and sprinkle toasted bread cubes.
Put one or two bread sticks as a presentation.
Serve and enjoy as an aperitif!
