Recipes
Break three whole eggs in a salad bowl and beat using a fork.
Add the Parmesan Ricotta cheese with aubergines spread and the double cream.
Mix well and if necessary add salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into small molds. Place them in a flat dish, in which you will have put water at the bottom.
Cook in a bain-marie about 10 minutes (or more).
Check that it is cooked with the point of a knife and prolong the cooking time if necessary.
Remove from the mold and put in a plate with a salad of walnuts and garlic croutons.
Serve immediately and enjoy it!
