Roger Vidal is proud of the region in Aveyron, it has created traditional and authentic recipes such as Farçous and Melsat in order to share with its customers the southern flavours. You can find at the shop ready-made meals: taste the Coufidou au Boeuf de l’Aubrac, Lamb with Roquefort cheese but also the Trenels from Millau.
